AUSTRALIAN MARITIME SAFETY AUTHORITY ACT 1990 - SECT 37

  (1)   The Authority is not liable to pay tax under any law of the Commonwealth or of a State or Territory.

  (2)   Subsection   ( 1) does not apply to:

  (a)   customs duties; or

  (b)   a law of the Commonwealth relating to sales tax.
