AUSTRALIAN MARITIME SAFETY AUTHORITY ACT 1990 - SECT 2

Commencement [see Note 1]

             (1)  Subject to subsection (2), this Act commences on the day on which it receives the Royal Assent.

             (2)  Sections 35, 48, 62 and 63 commence on 1 January 1991.
