ANTI-PERSONNEL MINES CONVENTION ACT 1998 - SECT 25

A person is guilty of an offence if:

(a)

the person gives information under section 22; and

(b)

the information is false or misleading in a material particular.

Penalty: Imprisonment for 12 months.
