ANTI-PERSONNEL MINES CONVENTION ACT 1998 - SECT 21

A person is guilty of an offence if:

(a)

the person makes a statement in an application for a warrant under section 20; and

(b)

the statement is false or misleading in a material particular.

Penalty: Imprisonment for 2 years.
