ABORIGINAL LAND RIGHTS (NORTHERN TERRITORY) ACT 1976 - SECT 9
Resignation of member of Land Trust A member of a Land Trust may resign his or her office by signed
writing delivered to the Minister, but the resignation does not have effect
until it is accepted by the Minister.
