ABORIGINAL LAND RIGHTS (NORTHERN TERRITORY) ACT 1976 - SECT 67

Aboriginal land not to be resumed etc.

                   Aboriginal land shall not be resumed, compulsorily acquired or forfeited under any law of the Northern Territory.
