ABORIGINAL LAND RIGHTS (NORTHERN TERRITORY) ACT 1976 - SECT 6
Land Trust not empowered to accept moneys A Land Trust is not empowered to accept moneys due and owing to
it or to give a valid discharge for such moneys, but such moneys may be paid
to the Land Council for the area in which the Land Trust holds, or is
established to hold, land.
