ABORIGINAL LAND RIGHTS (NORTHERN TERRITORY) ACT 1976 - SECT 58
Resignation A Commissioner may resign his or her office by signed writing
delivered to the Governor - General, but the resignation does not have effect
until it is accepted by the Governor - General.
