ABORIGINAL LAND RIGHTS (NORTHERN TERRITORY) ACT 1976 - SECT 33A
Land Council may charge fees for services(1) A Land Council may charge a fee for services prescribed by the regulations that it provides in performing any of its functions, or exercising any of its powers, under this Act.
(2) The fee must not be such as to amount to taxation.
