ABORIGINAL LAND RIGHTS (NORTHERN TERRITORY) ACT 1976 - SECT 28D

             (1)  While a delegation from a Land Council to an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander corporation is in force under section 28, the Council cannot perform its functions or exercise its powers under this Act to the extent that they are covered by the delegation.

             (2)  Subsection (1) applies despite paragraph 34AB(1)(d) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901 .
