ABORIGINAL LAND GRANT (JERVIS BAY TERRITORY ) ACT 1986 - SECT 33

Removal of executive members

                   The Minister may, by writing signed by the Minister, remove an executive member from office:

                     (a)  for misbehaviour; or

                     (b)  for physical or mental incapacity.
