ABORIGINAL LAND GRANT (JERVIS BAY TERRITORY ) ACT 1986 - SECT 11

                   Where the Secretary to the Department that deals with the administration of the Territory becomes aware that land (including any right, title or interest in land) has vested in the Council because of section 10, the Secretary to that Department shall cause such action to be taken as he or she considers necessary to register the vesting under the laws in force in the Territory.
