Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) For the purposes of this Act, if a designated service is provided jointly to 2 or more customers, the service is taken to have been provided to each of those customers.
(2) For the purposes of this Act, if 2 or more persons are prospective joint customers in relation to a designated service, each of those persons is taken to be a prospective customer in relation to the designated service.
