ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING AND COUNTER-TERRORISM FINANCING ACT 2006 - SECT 231
Criminal liability of corporations Part 2.5 of the Criminal Code has effect, in relation to
an offence against this Act, as if each reference in that Part to a body
corporate were a reference to a corporation.
