Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) A member or acting member shall be paid such fees as are determined by the Remuneration Tribunal.
(2) A member or acting member shall be paid such allowances as are prescribed.
(3) This section has effect subject to the Remuneration Tribunal Act 1973 .
