Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) On the re‑organisation day, the business of the Corporation ceases, by force of this subsection, to be business of the Corporation and becomes business of the receiving subsidiary.
(2) Subsection (1) does not apply in relation to the non‑transferring assets and non‑transferring liabilities.
