Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Chief Executive may, by signed writing, delegate to an officer or employee of the Corporation or the receiving subsidiary all or any of the Chief Executive's powers under this Act.
(2) Subsection (1) does not apply to an officer or employee of the receiving subsidiary unless the receiving subsidiary is a subsidiary of the Corporation.
