ACTS INTERPRETATION ACT 1901 - SECT 2H
References to law of the Commonwealth In any Act, a reference to the law of the Commonwealth, or to a
law of the Commonwealth, does not include, and is taken never to have
included, a reference to a law in force in a Territory so far as the law is so
in force because of an Act providing for the acceptance, administration or
government of that Territory.
