Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) In spite of the repeal of the Acoustic Laboratories Act 1948 , the Acoustic Laboratories Regulations, as in force immediately before the commencement of this Act continue in force for the period of 6 months after that commencement, unless they are repealed sooner, as if the reference in regulation 2 of those Regulations to the Secretary were a reference to the Authority.
(2) The regulations made under this Act may repeal the whole or part of the Acoustic Laboratories Regulations.
