AUSTRALIAN FILM, TELEVISION AND RADIO SCHOOL ACT 1973 - SECT 36
Moneys payable to School(1) There are payable to the School such moneys as are appropriated by the Parliament for the purposes of the School.
(2) The Finance Minister may give directions as to the amounts
in which, and the times at which, moneys referred to in subsection ( 1)
are to be paid to the School.
