AUSTRALIAN FILM, TELEVISION AND RADIO SCHOOL ACT 1973 - SECT 35
Terms and conditions of employment of staff(1) The terms and conditions of employment (in respect of matters not provided for by this Act) of persons employed under section 34 are as determined by the Council.
(2) In subsection ( 1), terms and conditions include
conditions with respect to the duration of employment or with respect to
dismissal from employment.
