AUSTRALIAN FILM, TELEVISION AND RADIO SCHOOL ACT 1973 - SECT 30
Director not to undertake any other work(1) The Director shall not engage in paid employment outside the duties of the Director's office except with the approval of the Council.
(2) The Council shall not give an approval for the purposes of
subsection ( 1) unless it is satisfied that the paid employment will
not interfere with the performance of the duties of the Director under this
Act.
