AUSTRALIAN FILM, TELEVISION AND RADIO SCHOOL ACT 1973 - SECT 24
Director of School(1) There shall be a Director of the School, who shall be appointed by the Governor - General on the recommendation of the Council.
(2) The Director holds office on such terms and conditions (if
any) in respect of matters not provided for by this Act as are determined by
the Governor - General.
