AUSTRALIAN FEDERAL POLICE ACT 1979 - SECT 42J
Crown bound(1) This Part binds the Crown in right of the Commonwealth, of each of the States, of the Australian Capital Territory and of the Northern Territory.
(2) Nothing in this Part renders the Crown liable to be
prosecuted for an offence.
