AUSTRALIAN FEDERAL POLICE ACT 1979 - SECT 40TV

    The Commissioner must ensure that:

  (a)   any recommendations made in the report under section   40TU are fully considered; and

  (b)   appropriate action is taken in relation to the issue to which the report relates.
