Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsExcept as provided by Part IV of the Defence Act, the Air Force shall be kept up by the appointment to that Force, or the enlistment in that Force, of persons who volunteer and are accepted for service in that Force.
