Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) A person must not refuse to comply with a condition or restriction subject to which an authority has (whether before or after the commencement of this section) been conferred on the person under this Part.
Penalty:
(a) in the case of a natural person--$2,000; or
(b) in the case of a body corporate--$10,000.
(2) A person must not fail to comply with a condition or restriction subject to which an authority has (whether before or after the commencement of this section) been conferred on the person under this Part.
Penalty:
(a) in the case of a natural person--$2,000; or
(b) in the case of a body corporate--$10,000.
(3) An offence against subsection (2) is an offence of strict liability.
