Amendments of Schedule 5: Remuneration Tribunal Act and Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act

(1): Schedule 5 to the Principal Act is amended by omitting the items relating to subsection 4(1), subparagraph 5(2)(c)(ii) and subsection 5(8) of the Commonwealth Employees' Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988 and the heading immediately before those items referring to that Act.
(2): Schedule 5 to the Principal Act is amended by omitting the heading "Remuneration Tribunals Act 1973" and the item relating to subsection 3(3) of that Act and substituting the headings and items set out in Part 5 of Schedule 1.
