AUSTRALIAN CAPITAL TERRITORY GOVERNMENT SERVICE (CONSEQUENTIAL PROVISIONS) ACT 1994 - SECT 16

Schedule 5 to the Principal Act is amended:

(a)

by omitting the items relating to subsection 4(1) of the Industrial Relations Act 1988 and substituting the items set out in Part 1 of Schedule 1;

(b)

by adding at the end of the items relating to the Industrial Relations Act 1988 the items set out in Part 2 of Schedule 1.
