AUSTRALIAN CAPITAL TERRITORY (PLANNING AND LAND MANAGEMENT) ACT 1988 - SECT 49

                   The Authority may delegate all or any of its powers under this Act to:

                     (a)  the Chief Executive;

                     (b)  a member of the staff of the Authority; or

                     (c)  a person whose services have been made available under section 47.
