AUSTRALIAN CAPITAL TERRITORY (SELF-GOVERNMENT) ACT 1988 - SECT 74

                   The Governor-General may make regulations:

                     (a)  prescribing matters:

                              (i)  required or permitted by this Act to be prescribed; or

                             (ii)  necessary or convenient to be prescribed for carrying out or giving effect to this Act; and

                     (b)  adding further matters to Schedule 4.
