AUSTRALIAN CRIME COMMISSION ACT 2002 - SECT 7

             (1)  The Australian Crime Commission is established by this section.

             (2)  The ACC consists of:

                     (a)  the CEO; and

                     (b)  the examiners; and

                     (c)  the members of the staff of the ACC.
