Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Subject to sections 48 and 49, the staff of the ACC shall be persons engaged under the Public Service Act 1999 .
(2) For the purposes of the Public Service Act 1999 :
(a) the CEO and the APS employees assisting the CEO together constitute a Statutory Agency; and
(b) the CEO is the Head of that Statutory Agency.
