AGED CARE ACT 1997 - SECT 23.1

    An approval as a recipient of residential care, home care or flexible care ceases to have effect if any of the following happens:

  (a)   the approval expires under section   23 - 2;

  (b)   in the case of flexible care--the approval lapses under section   23 - 3;

  (c)   the approval is revoked under section   23 - 4.
