Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Council may invest moneys in the course of the direct performance of its functions. The Council may also invest surplus money under section 18 of the Commonwealth Authorities and Companies Act 1997 .
(3) The Council shall not invest moneys otherwise than as mentioned in subsection (1).
