AUSTRALIAN BUREAU OF STATISTICS ACT 1975 - SECT 20

Resignation and removal of members

             (1)  A member may resign his or her office by writing signed by the member and delivered to the Minister.

             (2)  The Minister may remove a member from office for misbehaviour or physical or mental incapacity.
