Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Part I, Part II (other than sections 5, 6 and 8), Part III and sections 34, 69 and 83 shall come into operation on the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent.
(2) The remaining provisions of this Act shall come into operation on a day to be fixed by Proclamation.
