This Act not to derogate from the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders (Queensland Discriminatory Laws) Act 1975
The provisions of this Act are in addition to, and shall not be taken as being
in derogation of, the provisions of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait
Islanders (Queensland Discriminatory Laws) Act 1975 .
