ABORIGINAL AND TORRES STRAIT ISLANDERS (QUEENSLAND RESERVES AND COMMUNITIES SELF-MANAGEMENT) ACT 1978 - SECT 11
Powers of Councils for Reserves and Communities to which this Act applies
- (1)
- The Council for a Reserve to which this Act applies, or for a Community to
which this Act applies, may do all things that are necessary or convenient to
be done for or in connexion with the performance of its functions.
- (2)
- Subject to the regulations, the Council for a Reserve to which this Act
applies, or for a Community to which this Act applies, may, in the performance
of its functions, receive and disburse moneys.
