AUSTRALIAN AIRLINES (CONVERSION TO PUBLIC COMPANY) ACT 1988 - SECT 57

                   Despite the repeals effected by subsection 52(2), section 63 of the Airlines Act continues to apply in relation to actions for, or arising out of, things done, or purporting to have been done, under that Act before the repeal of that section.
