Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Despite the repeals effected by subsection 52(2), section 4 of the Airlines Act continues to have effect for the purposes of the continuing provisions (including that section).
(2) A reference in a continuing provision to the Australian National Airlines Commission shall be deemed to be a reference to the transferring body.
