ADMINISTRATIVE APPEALS TRIBUNAL ACT 1975 - SECT 47
Interpretation(1) In this Part, unless the contrary intention appears:
"appointed member" means a member referred to in paragraph 49(1)(d).
"Council" means the Administrative Review Council.
"member" means a member of the Council.
(2) A reference in this Part to an administrative decision or an
administrative discretion includes a reference to an administrative decision
made, or administrative discretion exercised, otherwise than under an
enactment.
