ADMINISTRATIVE APPEALS TRIBUNAL ACT 1975 - SECT 24J
Outside employment of Registrar(1) Except with the consent of the President, the Registrar must not engage in paid employment outside the duties of his or her office.
(2) The reference in subsection (1) to paid employment
does not include service in the Defence Force.
