ADMINISTRATIVE APPEALS TRIBUNAL ACT 1975 - SECT 10B
Oath or affirmation of office A person who is appointed or re - appointed after the
commencement of this section as a member shall, before proceeding to discharge
the duties of his or her office, take before the Governor - General, a Justice
of the High Court or a Judge of another federal court or of the Supreme Court
of a State or Territory an oath or affirmation in accordance with the form in
Schedule 2.
