ADVANCE AUSTRALIA LOGO PROTECTION ACT 1984 - SECT 20

If, but for this section, the enactment of subsection 10(4) or of subsection 17(4) would result in the invalidity, in whole or in part, of any other provision of this Act, this Act has effect as if that subsection had not been enacted.
