ASHMORE AND CARTIER ISLANDS ACCEPTANCE ACT 1933 - SECT 3

                   In this Act, unless the contrary intention appears:

"Ordinance" means an Ordinance made under this Act.

"the Islands" means the Ashmore Islands and Cartier Island.

"the Territory" means the Territory of Ashmore and Cartier Islands.
