Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Commonwealth must indemnify a person for any liability that the person incurs for an act or omission of the person in the course of performing a function under this Part.
(2) The indemnity does not apply if the liability arose from an act or omission in bad faith.
