AUDITOR-GENERAL ACT 1997 - SECT 29
Delegation by Auditor - General(1) The Auditor - General may, by written instrument, delegate any of the Auditor - General's powers or functions under any Act to an official of a non - corporate Commonwealth entity.
(2) In exercising powers or functions under the delegation, the
official must comply with any directions of the Auditor - General.
