Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Auditor‑General may, by written instrument, delegate any of the Auditor‑General's powers or functions under any Act to an FMA official.
(2) In exercising powers or functions under the delegation, the official must comply with any directions of the Auditor‑General.
