AIRPORTS (TRANSITIONAL) ACT 1996 - SECT 38

Capital for the FAC following disposal of shares

             (1)  This section applies if:

                     (a)  the Commonwealth disposes of all its shares in an airport‑lessee company that was granted an airport lease under section 21; and

                     (b)  the Minister for Finance determines in writing that the FAC should be paid a specified amount of capital.

             (2)   The Minister for Finance may authorise the payment by the Commonwealth to the FAC of the specified amount.
