Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) A reference in this Act to a transfer by way of the enforcement of a loan security is a reference to a transfer to the lender by way of the enforcement of the loan security.
(2) A reference in this Act to an acquisition by way of the enforcement of a loan security is a reference to the acquisition by the lender by way of the enforcement of the loan security.
(3) This section is enacted for the avoidance of doubt.
